My final object choosing is STAEDTLER 925 35 Graphite Drafting Mechanical Pencil.  

In last week I actually had some struggle time for deciding which object I am gonna make, while my original choosing is a wireless mouse from Niye, while it is kind of hard to open it and I don't want to destroy it. Therefore, my final decision for the object making is graphite mechanical pencil from Staedtler. The reason I choose it because first I use it a lot in my daily life for design and drawing, I really appreciate this pencil. Second is that, Staedtler is a good company for making some beautiful precise mechanical stationery. Third is that, this pencil is actually more complex than it looks. 

I separated the pencil in small gear and observed the texture for each pieces.

 

After the close observing, I started with some sketches for each gear of pencil. I did the sketch in real size and measure them precisely. While I believe I still have some inner parts of this pencil still need to be measure. I  quite enjoy this process. So for this stage, I basically analyzed how this pencil builds.
